M, I disagree. Erste is an evil force that goes "Ahaha, we will conquer the whole world!", ruled by a crazy and peculiar leader, Loki. And the Rhemic Empire is just an expansionist state without any particular quirks. The only quirk is elitism, but it can't be called racism. Moreover, I wouldn't say that there is no logic in this at all - it is naturally more difficult to benefit the colonies than the metropolis.

Rheme is Illiniar with a couple of Nozenrot's traits
