How can we save the "Heroes" theme?

Pardon me for writing from a different profile, this is Tengro
The whole trouble with the forum is the chat, as strange as that may seem.
Instead of discussing things on the forum pages, the forum members sit in the chat, flood it and joke around.
Verdict — get rid of the chat for good! And introduce stricter rules.
Respectfully, Tengro.

That's exactly the point, dear Tengro, that if they remove the Chat, the People will flock to the forum just to chatter. Imagine how many messages go through the chat in a day, and now throw 1/20 of them into the forum. What WILL happen there. Just a pile of windows labeled OFFTOP
HAVE MERCY ON THE MODERATORS
PS And where will all this lead?
