I'm thinking about using the skull. The dragon should be fed with its tongue.

Tsukiko takes the delusion, removes the eyes, and puts one eye into each eye socket of the skull. Then she takes the remaining fish head and throws it into the dragon's mouth. Apparently, this place was really getting to her.
