Heroes of Might and Magic III - Complete Collection + Era2 + VCMI + Utility.

Good evening, I've encountered a problem. On Windows 7, everything worked fine, and on Windows 10, it also worked fine, but I decided to reinstall Windows 10, everything is up-to-date with all the updates, and now, everything is gone. I'm more than sure that everything will work, but here's the problem (the essence): when you run the installer, the files seem to be extracted (forgive me, programmers), and then it says that Heroes is installed, however... you go to the folder where Heroes should be, and you see a couple of folders and a couple of files, it feels like during the installation, part of the distribution (if I'm calling it correctly) was simply skipped by Windows. Has anyone encountered this? To launch and ensure proper operation, I tried setting compatibility for everything, downloaded DirectX 9 from the Microsoft website, installed various frameworks and other nonsense, but nothing helps. Now I'm going to download the installer again, maybe something got corrupted in the file, but I doubt it. In general, I've been trying to install Heroes from scratch on Windows 10 for two days now, without success, I don't know what I'm missing.

Nightmare, I re-downloaded all the files, it installed, everything is working fine, I checked the sizes, everything is correct down to the kilobyte, it seems I downloaded something incorrectly, and I just needed to delete all the downloads and download everything again. Well, as always, I did it to myself. Now I just need to find additional erm scripts, like I had before, and then I'll be happy, but I'll handle that.
