Grail, is it overpowered?

I'll share my thoughts on the topic. 1) The poll is very subjective; the answer options are not well-thought-out, limited, and incomplete. 2) If the Grail truly violates some fundamental principles of fair and respectful gameplay, then this should be regulated (primarily, of course, this concerns tournament games and ranked games). My view of this problem lies primarily in limiting the Grail in the Tower and Conflux, as this essentially adds an object that has already been banned by mapmakers and allows heroes to re-learn all spells without any GM setup. The problem with the Grail is its uniqueness and unequal accessibility for both players. Although many might object to, say, the Pandora's Box granting access to all magic, this object is not unique in terms of the possibility of its creation by a generator.
