Although it's technically a minority (3 against 4 and 5), this option appeals to a much larger number of players than the extreme options (6 or 10). In other words, those who support 8 will likely also support 6, and those who support 6 will likely also support 8, but those who support 10 are unlikely to support 6, and vice versa. For these reasons, voting in elections is conducted in two stages to ensure that the candidate is truly supported by the majority (relative to the other candidate). That is, to ensure that the maximum number of people will be generally satisfied with the results, even if not 100%. However, how to interpret the voting results is not for me to decide. I'm just offering advice. By the way, the answer options are not entirely accurate – the original value, 3 shots, is missing. Yes, it's likely that few people will support it, or even the author may not agree with it, but that's no reason to ignore all the people who, for whatever reason, believe that the tent shouldn't be changed.
