OFB-11!

The Necro came right away, but as it later turned out, the roads were a complete disaster: the 1st led to a corner zone with a village, and the 2nd was a one-way. The game ended up not being fast-paced at all, because I was afraid to jump into the one-way for a long time until I found the way back. On the 4th week, I found КЗ in the Dragon Utopia and, starting from the 3rd upgrade, DD in the Tower. I spent a long time trying to catch Gunnar until he exposed himself on 221. I had to go around my opponent's block on the road, so it wasn same not exactly a fairy tale either.
