"Moana." A typical Disney cartoon, yes. The premise is interesting, the main character is average, but the secondary character I really liked. And she sings well, too. Well, and the ending is... It could have been better, although there is something interesting about it.
I'll explain about the main character with spoiler tags. In short, everything comes too easily to Moana,
I saw some kind of hint of a Mary Sue. All the obstacles are very "conditional." Well, and the hand-held water elemental – with something like that, even I could save the world.
7/10. +1 point for you, Maui. Because you are magnificent.
"Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice." I didn't expect anything from the movie except to see with my own eyes the trendy memes of the time. Well, that is, not trendy anymore... Oh, well. The point is, I was wrong. The first half of the film is surprisingly interesting detective cinema. Not in the sense that there are unexpected twists and villains unknown in advance, but in the intrigues that unfold, how the motivation of people is shown. Almost everyone is shown to be weak to some extent. And this is really pleasing, because spherical characters are tiring, you can go to Disney cartoons for them. To the point that they often act in a terribly illogical way. But... people are really like that. But the motivations are traceable.
With the exception of Luthor. This guy really just looks like a patient from a mental hospital, unfortunately. He left me with a completely different impression in other DC works.
Well, and the end of the film is a brawl in the best traditions of comic book films, as we all love. Of course, I think this part is weaker, but on the other hand, after such a long film, a break is objectively needed.
