UNIT - Creature Balance + Visual Changes

For those who don't care much about the visual aspect of the game, they can crank up the speed slider to the maximum, but I don't think that's the majority.

I don't know what audience this mod is aimed at, but if it's for tournaments, I'm sure _almost everyone_ speeds up the animations.
