How can I contact the creators of HoMM 4?

Write to Ubisoft on their forum (ubi.com). But it's unlikely they will do anything about it; the fourth installment is considered a failure in the series, and they won't invest money in it. Although they did a remake of The Restoration of Erathia, but... Everything seems unfinished in that regard.
