Guys and Girls, I see that there's been an abuse of the rule regarding the mandatory time limit.

Could you provide a specific example of the abuse? How could one even "abuse" such a wonderful idea?
It's sad. The first tournament was where almost all the issues with coordinating the judges were resolved at the Regulations stage, and then, after only one round, it fell apart? :confused:
Kobra, I'm sure that providing any tool for coordinating the time will create controversial situations (or rather, it will highlight existing ones), but how did you come up with the idea that it's better to give technical time-outs to both players, including the one who was ready to play? :smile32:
