New rules for submitting maps.

If possible, I suggest combining 3 sections with maps into 1, since 3 maps fall on 2 adjacent sections.

Well, this isn't necessarily required. Yes, there are almost no maps there, in other sections, but here's the problem: people who play the original game do still show up. And for them, such a combination would be counterintuitive (that is, 99% of the maps they try to download will be for the wrong version).
But, if many people express the same opinion, we can think about it.

Points 3 and 4 are not needed in the title, as they are in the description of the map itself (I suggest adding the date of its creation to the map description - there is no such item yet)

Hmm, that's possible. But it's not difficult, plus you need to understand that you can already add any amount of information to the map description in the first post. At the discretion of the topic/map author.

And also, it would be nice to add a new subsection: maps that won contests. All winners for the entire forum period (2006-2017) can be added to it.

Interesting idea.
If we decide to implement point 8, we can create such a section at the same time.
