I agree with Dyrman, if we give their specialties to new heroes, then we should definitely get rid of all the old duplicates!!! We don't even need to keep them with any additions.
Regarding Biara. One of the easiest ways to start, at least, is to increase her stats only on the map. In the future, she could even get a new model.

At least leave the duplicates in NHF_E. They complement the game and the lore.
