Round table

Yesterday, I asked a good player for his opinion on the subject: it's better to create a new one than to modify an old one (this is very similar to Dirty's opinion).

Firstly, it's not clear why one is better. If there's a template with a good layout and poor content, and a template with a poor layout and good content, why reinvent the wheel? Why not combine the two into one?
Secondly, one doesn't seem to interfere with the other.
