No. 3.1. Here's what happened: after I delayed the quest for the mage exam for too long (I didn't know they would give me a town), I went to the demon. And I managed to defeat him with great difficulty, and for experimental purposes, I attacked the Devil. Two groups of 150 fire elementals appeared. The second time (and the last), the Devil didn't summon anyone, but this was already after completing the quest to weaken the infernal army. The Phoenix also didn't summon anyone. I don't know about Death: I had auto-battle enabled there. And the boss just stood in place and attacked with Hell Wave until he died.
