RTF is a global modification that replaces all towns in the game.

Railag, towards the end of the Hammers of Fate, mentioned that he was gathering an army against the Dark Messiah. He would start with the Orcs. Perhaps Railag could be disguised as Kujin or Gotay, but if not, it would be reasonable to add him to the plot.
