NHF – new heroes for Heroes V 3.1.

The mod is great, but many heroes have skills that are MUCH better than others. How can any hero compete with a Warlock if their spellcasting skill is at least 14? Give their super spells and the Biara spell a cost and reduce the free creature increase for levels 4-5 by half for their owners. Otherwise, some heroes are, to put it mildly, at a disadvantage.
