Justice is a fan-made global mod.

Significant differences lie in the absence of minimalism, both in the quantity and quality of changes:

- Djinn Viziers. Attack 14(+1), Defense 14(+1), Damage 15-20(+1 to min. and max.), - Immunity to Air

There is definitely no room for such minuscule adjustments (1 stat here, another there) in a mod focused on minimal balance, as they fundamentally don't change anything, and therefore, there is no need for them.
