NAF – New artifacts with unique properties.

Here's another question I wanted to ask. Could we add an in-built hero skill to the artifact collection, like the "empathy" skill from the Lion set? It can be quite difficult to obtain a lucky wizard for all races except Warlocks, although this skill would be perfect for Elves with the enchanted arrow or Necromancers with their high spell power.
For example, it would be possible to collect all artifacts that provide a +50% bonus to an element, and in addition to the standard bonus, also gain luck on spells.
