NCF – Extended list of Neutral creatures.

Then what about storm guards and black guards?
And will deserters and mercenary archers have upgrades?

"Storm Guard" is an elite unit in the Swords of Wind, so it would be better to call the unupgraded ones city guards, and the upgrade, guards.
Deserters and archers will have black-themed upgrades; I'll upgrade the archers to the third level, and assassins will be on the second level.
