Yes. There are no creature replacements in the towns. By the way, the elementals have been replaced with some super cool purple unicorns, dragons, and phoenixes. New creatures are only available in the campaigns. Also, you can launch all campaign missions through scenarios in single-player without having to deal with the campaign itself. Otherwise, you install a mod - new profile, you delete it - new profile. It's inconvenient.
