You can spend 80 points to buy two Offensive Skills and take Combat Training, and spend the remaining 40 on stats, or exchange them all for Offensive Skills and take Weapon Mastery. Which is better?

No, you can't. Offensive Skills cost 60 points each, and you can only buy one.
I'm just thinking about whether to change the bonus from the raven to 2 Offensive Skills with 1 Offensive Skill... and spells from 3 to 2. On the one hand, it would be more logical considering the changes in the system, but I also don't want to change the cards after the fact.
