By the way, this is quite stupid. A blockade + bombardment is obviously no worse than a ground war; it's strange that they made it this way. If that's the case, I hope they at least increased the anti-bonuses for bombarded planets. Didn't the defense weaken over time? But it was very slow, as I remember, so it wasn't very effective.
