9 races is just right. :) For the 8 that will be in Lords of Magic, you need elementals!

9 races is great! It is almost impossible to make an Elemental Castle now because all elementals are equal and have level 4! Unless you add a level 7 Phoenix to them and come up with something for levels 2 and 3! So that they have balance, they won't have levels 1, 5, and 6! But still, it would be better to bring back the SWAMP! They will have Gnolls and Lizards as their main units! And they also have a Basilisk and a Gorgon! Make the Basilisk level 7 and very large, a snake that can crawl over everything and even over the walls of the castle, and also attack from below (something like a Griffin, but crawling out of the ground)! The Gorgon will be level 5! Level 6 will be a Gnoll-Witch (archer like the League of Shadows), level 4 will be a Swamp Warrior (sticks to the ground like an Ent)! Level 3 will be a Gnoll riding a snake! Level 2 will be a Lizard Archer (shoots poison)! Level 1 will be a large mosquito:D! The heroes of the swamp will ride Gorgons or snakes!
