NHF – new heroes for Heroes V 3.1.

I found a snippet from an article:
"...in the Age of Legends, during the battles between the Dragon Gods and the Demons, the blood of the Elemental Dragons flowed onto the ravaged land. One of the battles took place on the territory of the Islands of Pao, which at that time were part of the continent of Talan. The battle lasted for more than a year, and the Elder races were clearly losing. Even the intervention of Silanna and Ilat could not change its course. They received numerous wounds, and their blood flooded the surrounding areas. When the outcome of the battle seemed inevitable, and the Enemy was about to be in the last surviving Stronghold within an hour, Silanna and the Generals of the Naga, Elves, and Humans decided to sacrifice themselves, flooding the surrounding lands along with the legions of demons. Ilat, together with the angels, held back the enemy's onslaught, having the opportunity to escape the approaching catastrophe in the heavens, while preventing the flying creatures of the demons from escaping. Silanna caused a devastating earthquake, collapsing the earth. A huge wave engulfed the legions of demons and was about to engulf the defenders of the Stronghold, but stopped near its walls. This was the Will of Shalassa. Thus, the surviving humans, elves, and nagas remained alive. When the water subsided, an ocean and a group of islands formed in place of the once vast plain. The ocean was named after the Human General Nephrite, the large eastern island was named after the Naga General Hashim, and the western group of islands was named after the Elven General Pao, on the largest of which was located the barely surviving Stronghold. Time "consumed" the ruins of the Stronghold, but not the blood of the Elemental Dragons, which was absorbed into the very earth, and from the earth, by the roots of the local flora..."
