I also watched it recently, by the way.
I liked the second part more than the first. It was just an action movie without much complexity, but it added drama. Not that it was particularly great drama, but still.
The downside is that it also added comedy. Too much comedy, and often not of a very high level. In the first part, the jokes were appropriate, but here... And the biggest downside of the comedy is that someone immediately starts laughing hysterically behind you, like a horse, and you can't hear part of the dialogue at all.
The visuals... Well, they're okay. I don't usually watch 3D movies, and I have to say that this film looks quite good in 2D (in fact, this is an important quality because some 3D movies are too flashy and ostentatious. Because of this, they look a bit strange and unnatural in 2D, and the angles are simply inappropriate).
Overall, I would rate it 8/10.
