NHF – new heroes for Heroes V 3.1.

Using identical icons is bad, which means, as I understand it, Gem will not be used. The Elves already have the fewest heroes, and we need to use everything available in Ashan (there are only 24 of them).
There are few Elves for two reasons:
1) In the campaigns of the Hammers of Fate and Tribes of the East, no new Elves appeared (unlike other factions in which campaign heroes appeared)
2) There were no Light Elves in Heroes 6
3) In Heroes 7, half of the heroes are from Heroes 5 (that is, Heroes 7 brought us few new heroes for the Light Elves)
Or will Gem get a new icon??? - but why?
