Haldvan always wanted to be a famous and powerful figure, like his brothers, but all he had was a gang of bandits and the humiliating status of a bandit. He would have lived his life as a king in his own mind, but sometimes even the smallest lie can lead to great trouble. When his scam with fake necromancy amulets failed, it made Haldvan think about his fate. Now he wants not only to deal with the swindlers but also to do something much more significant.
