Heroes of Might and Magic: Olden Era has no list of cheat codes to type during play. Instead, its early-access build contains a developer cheat panel that can be switched on in single-player games.[1][1][1]
How to switch the panel on
- On the main menu, type
unfrozen(lower case). If it worked, the word “cheat” appears next to the version number in the bottom-right corner.[1][1] - Start or load a campaign, a single scenario or a skirmish game and press F2 on the adventure map: the cheat panel opens.[1][1][1]
The panel works in single-player games against computer opponents.[1] Cheat mode stays on until you quit; to play without it again, restart the game.[1]
What the panel can do
The panel has three tabs: Spells, Heroes and Adventure Map.[1]
- Spells: learn or add any spell, unlimited mana, unlimited spellcasting on the adventure map.[1]
- Heroes: choose any hero; add any creature stack, skills or artifacts (single items or a whole set); set the hero's level.[1]
- Adventure map: choose which player the cheats apply to; infinite movement; automatic victory in battles; free flight over obstacles; no limit on hiring heroes; instant victory or defeat; reveal the map; add resources; create a hero; place a neutral army or a random stack of a given strength; change the level of a faction law; show cursor coordinates.[1]
Version
This describes the Steam early-access build as of July–September 2026. The panel is a developer tool left in the game, not an announced feature, so later updates may change or remove it.[1][1][1]
