I think the "spamminess" of a message is determined not by who sends it ;) And 10 votes in that time is quite normal. Overall, the trends are clear.

Sometimes people don't read messages from others if the nickname isn't green :) hehe.
Ten is normal, but how many of them are regulars in this section? Almost all ;) That's the problem. The locals voted, so to speak :D Non-locals only vote when the latest message from this topic appears in the section :(, when you can see the latest message from the general forum topic.
Usually, fan-made maps are played by not the strongest players. In fact, if you create a huge scenario for Inferno, its popularity won't be high (unless there are mods that simplify the game for that faction, or a good plot).

I also wanted to ask. Is there a good scenario for the Dark Elves?

I am completely and utterly in favor of Inferno. I like this faction, and I enjoy playing as them.

Now there are only 15, even though enough time has passed :( Oh well... In principle, it's clear what they want (although the question was about preference, not about the possibility of playing as a particular race), but not enough people voted.
