Dark Elves have an innate affinity for the magical forces of nature, specifically those related to destruction. Unlike the mages of the Academy, who rely on knowledge, they possess an internal, intuitive sense of magic that allows them to improvise on the battlefield, making the effect of basic spells unpredictable for their opponents. Dark Elves have the unique ability to inflict magic damage on creatures that are protected from certain spells and even have magic resistance. The amount of damage dealt will ultimately depend on the hero's skill level.
Training heroes and building a special structure in Dungeon cities gives the hero the ability to sense which of the elements (fire, air, earth, or water) corresponds to a creature and the type of terrain on which it is fighting, in order to use it to their advantage. Creatures will be able to inflict more damage on an opponent that is associated with the opposite element, and their correct placement on the battlefield, depending on the type of terrain, will increase their characteristics. This property of the Dark Elves does not require any additional actions from the player, but if used correctly, the Warlock will gain a significant advantage on the battlefield.
