I'd like to introduce my project, "HOMM Non-official version."
I'm a fan of the second Heroes game, and I've been working on creating computer games for a year now, so I decided to create something similar to Heroes. :)
I created this thread so that you can share your ideas here (one head is good, but an entire forum is better:D).
I don't need any help right now, but later I will need an artist and a
3D modeler (the game will be in 2D, but renders from models will look better for improving the gameplay :).)
For now, I have a few questions for you, esteemed users of this wonderful forum.
Question 1: Do you have any ideas? Feel free to share them! :)
What's already ready:
A hero with resources and 5 warriors (later there will be 7 warriors, but for now, there are 5 :).)
The Knight's Castle (I drew everything myself, so the graphics are truly AWFUL :smile01: :) ).

Regarding being an experienced coder - I've been programming for 1.5 years.

I doubt that you can create an AI that is worthy of the Heroes series with this program. And why are you asking on this forum instead of, say, a forum for 3D artists and artists in general? I'm a pretty good 3D artist and I could help you, but the question is - what's in it for me? Or are you planning to make an unofficial version and give it away for free?

Actually, I won't get anything out of it either, except for my name in the credits as the programmer and the author of the idea, since I will just be uploading it to torrent trackers and Heroes portals.:)

Well, firstly, it's not AL, but AI.
And secondly, everything depends on the person.:p

Work on the game continues; I haven't managed to do much because I lost the source code (only Sherlock Holmes could find it among all the folders on my computer xD), but now it's been found, and work is back on track!
