Hmm... It seems you're fighting against the AI as a Warrior... you probably won't outrun Orcs, Dark Elves (if you play with invisibility), or Machinists controlled by a human player, even with a hundred Warriors.

Let her gain power in offensive spells, try not to forget about luck (Lucky Charm spell), and maximize defense, and focus on mana – more mana and less spent in battle. Try to keep the troops on defense (with Readiness), and let the Sorceress, who moves CONSTANTLY, also CONSTANTLY bombard the bearded tough guys with offensive spells or something else... all of this combined with obsidian golems, of course, carefully directing them towards the enemy so that these guys can be healed as needed.
