I am to blame for the split in the poll.

14 people (31.82%) agreed that the other level 4 specialists don't amount to much and it's time to give them a boost.

Another 13 people (29.55%) agree that all level 4 specialists should be unbanned.

Even if we add the votes together, it comes out to 61.37%.

With one chain lightning spell on a small map, you won't achieve much!
