There was a general vote. The results can be seen directly in this thread, in the poll. So, are you still suggesting that we reset the rating each season? Should we run the vote again?

Vitaly, I suggest separating the rating (which should be permanent, and I also agree with that) and the seasonal table, which should be reset each season, or it should be called something else, because the places in the seasonal table are currently distributed taking into account the games played in previous seasons, which is clearly wrong. For example, theoretically, a person who has not played a single game in the current season could become the winner of the season.
