Posts from MAPS – maps and campaigns for World of Xeen.
I completed the entire dungeon, saved the princess, and collected the catapults, all within this dungeon, and I even destroyed the castle. But I got stuck near the last statue; I couldn't figure out where to enter the password. Here are the screenshots. The first one shows where I'm stuck (screenshot "passage"); maybe it's not the right wall that's supposed to disappear. The other two are from the dungeon.
I'm afraid I'll disappoint you now; you did everything correctly, but a different object disappeared instead of the intended one (the wall). It's a shame to see such bugs, but I've already fixed it and uploaded the corrected version above in my post. Maybe you'll start it over sometime.)) Sorry.)) The latest version is available on this resource; it's best not to download it from other places.

Thank you for your response. It's a pity, of course, that it's not possible to continue((( It's a very interesting map; I even took the time to find a secret passage to the Dungeon (I used the buttons to move everything to the Dungeon).
And by the way, there's a bug (or maybe it's intentional, I don't know). But there's one hero who replenishes his army every day. For example, at the end of the day, I leave him with 1 pikeman, and the next day, he has all the weekly troops of his main castle, except for archangels. Moreover, it's not the weekly troops, but the ones that can be bought. And I didn't buy them in the main castle.)))) I'll show you screenshots now. And I probably bought him on the 7th day of the month. And I didn't immediately notice that he generates a new army every day.)) And the hero's name is...
And another recommendation: in the quest on the snowy island, where the monk asks you to find his magic wand, replace it with another artifact. Just pay attention to the inventory of my main hero. I used the wand to convert many artifacts into the ones I needed. The only thing that didn't want to drop was the shield (+4) for the complete set, so I could assemble the "Alliance of Angels" sword, which casts a prayer on everyone
And I finally understood why the Archangel hero wasn't giving... I didn't upgrade the angels to archangels in the castle... So I checked, did the upgrade, and voila! 49 archangels every day, for free! Or rather, with each week, 49 (+3, +3, +3...) if you don't buy them in the main castle.
And also, I dug up the Grail even before I found the 2nd obelisk.
About the wand, well, maybe it's not that bad? A clever player can use it to their advantage, but it shouldn't stay with the hero for too long, as it will be taken away according to the scenario.)) Or is it too overpowered? The main thing is that it doesn't generate the required artifact for the scenario, to avoid any conflicts. I'll think about it, maybe it is too overpowered, looking at your artifacts))
You correctly destroyed the castle in the dungeon; that's why it's there, almost lifeless.
I didn't understand about the hero with the suddenly growing army. If you play through it a second time and something like that happens, send me the save file before that event - the army increase.
You say the Grail is too easily hidden??)
Anyway, write about all the bugs, and we'll fix them... again))

About the artifact, well, maybe it’s not that bad? A clever player will find a way to benefit from it, and besides, the hero shouldn’t have it for too long; it will be taken away by the scenario.)) Or is it too overpowered? The main thing is that it doesn’t generate the required artifact for the scenario, so there are no conflicts. I’ll think about it; maybe it really is too overpowered, considering your artifacts.))
You correctly destroyed the Castle in the underground; that’s why it’s there, almost lifeless.
I didn’t understand what you meant about the hero with the suddenly growing army. If you play through it a second time and this happens again, send me the save file before this event – the army increase.
You say you hid the Grail too easily??)
Anyway, write about all the bugs, and we’ll fix them... again.
I probably won’t play through it a second time. I’ve already played through a lot; if I had encountered an impassable bug at the very beginning, that would be one thing, but having to replay a lot is another.
And the hero Pukalo’s army doesn’t grow; a new army appears every day, in the same quantity. I just transferred this army to another hero. And the next day, the hero Pukalo has a new army again. Perhaps you assigned this property to the hero during the map testing phase, for quick troop recruitment, and then forgot to remove it.
While I was writing all this, I had an idea: maybe this is one of the enemy heroes that I killed earlier in the scenario, and then he appeared randomly in the tavern. Because I remember that there were battles with heroes who generated the same army during the battle as I had.
And I would hide the Grail again)), or leave it in the same place, but add obelisks. Or, if possible, make the first obelisk not reveal so many puzzle pieces.
P.S. I’m attaching my current save file, with the hero Pukalo who replenishes his army.
I probably won't play it a second time. I've already played it a lot; if I hadn't encountered an impassable bug at the very beginning, I might replay it. But as it is, replaying it so many times...
P.S. I'm attaching my current save file, with the hero "Pukalo" who is upgrading his army.
Time heals. Maybe someday you'll play it again. I'll take a look at the hero; I already know what's happening, but I don't know why. I laughed at the name; it took some ingenuity to come up with such a name.

Time heals all wounds. Maybe you'll play it again someday. I'll take a look at the hero; everything is clear about what's happening, but it's not clear why. I laughed at the name; it took some ingenuity to come up with such a name!
I'm currently playing through it, and a somewhat unclear situation has arisen. According to the scenario, I need the Admiral's Hat, and ideally, we should have received it from Horace after defeating the dragons (judging by Horace's message). But he gave me a Magic Well instead. Question: is this how it's supposed to be, and should I look for the hat somewhere else, or is it a bug?
P.S. Luckily, I found a save file near this event...
Update: I found the Hat! But Horace's message should be fixed so as not to mislead people!
