Well, I don't know... maybe it should have been watched in a movie theater. I watched it on my computer. I turned it off after 40 minutes because the special effects were overwhelming and it was quite boring.

A very good series that serves as an alternative continuation of Terminator 2, thus, in the opinion of many, dismissing the failed third installment.
You shouldn't start watching it expecting a completely accurate portrayal of some old characters. Absolute fans of the first Terminator movies, for whom every detail matters, shouldn't watch it.
The series itself is very captivating from the first episodes. But, of course, the main highlight is the Terminator character, Cameron, brilliantly played by Summer Glau. Indeed, one of the best characters in modern series. And probably the best Terminator ever.
There's a lot of action, the series itself is dynamic and full of events (there are also weak episodes that are about nothing, but they are in the minority). And the budget is high for a series. There are many robots, scenes from the future, and familiar characters.

But the Fox channel are jerks, to cancel such a project after 2 seasons... The potential for a 3rd season was great. Although the fans were furious and sent millions of letters to the channel's management. There is a small chance of a continuation, or other channels will buy it.
