It’s a shame there are only 4 factions; it would be great if there were more.

I like Humans and Elves!!!!!!

I like the Elves. Then I like Humans. And thirdly, I like Goblins and Dwarves. (Since the game recommends taking representatives of different races, I have to take a Goblin instead of a Knight, and Dwarves would also be good as Knights, but no luck! My Dwarf is now a Cleric, and not a very good one.)

I vote for the goblin! Because I love close-quarters combat.

Humans are always the best, although I tried out all the different factions for variety.

I played separately with:
1) a completely dwarven squad (Master, Hero, Priest of Light, Archdruid) - a pack of invulnerable terminators, healing and supporting each other. 2) a completely elven squad (Ranger Lord, Master Archer, Archdruid, Archmage) - these guys aren't as durable, but they perfectly fit the saying "float like a butterfly, sting like a bee." 3) a completely goblin squad (Black Knight, Villain, Ninja, Sniper) - they performed best in battles against the Krigans, but I wouldn't say it was always easy, as they are weaker in magic and their magic is mostly for support. 4) and a completely human squad (Black Knight, Assassin, Priest of Darkness, Lich) - this is the "gold standard." Each character is the best in their role, and together they form a balanced team. Yes, I voted for the dwarves.
