Resolution No.1 from March 30, 2007

Charter of the "League of Laws - Interclan Council".

I General Provisions.

1. The "League of Laws - Interclan Council" (hereinafter LZMS) is an organization designed to facilitate cooperation and provide recommendations for resolving disputes arising between clans.

III Leadership of the LZMS.

IV Activities of the LZMS.

Decisions:
1) Unanimously in favor. Each Clan must develop and publish its clear charter and make it publicly available.
2) Unanimously in favor. If a Clan holds internal Tournaments, it must publish the results and post the starting save.
3) The following proposals by Qwerty were supported:
