LZMS Resolutions

Resolution No. 2, May 10, 2007

The following issues were discussed:
1) Should Clans within the League of Clans (LC) develop and publish their clear charter so that those wishing to join immediately understand what they are getting into?
2) Is it necessary, for the sake of openness in inter-clan relations, to publish the results of each clan's internal Tournaments (possibly by posting the starting save for general review)?
3) Will the LC resolve issues arising in relations with Clans outside the LC? If so, how?
4) Will the LC resolve issues arising in relations with individual forum members who are not members of any Clans or the LC? If so, how?
Decisions:
1) Unanimously in favor. Each Clan must develop and publish its clear charter and make it publicly available.
2) Unanimously in favor. If a Clan holds internal Tournaments, it must publish the results and post the starting save.
3) The following proposals by Qwerty were supported:
3.1 Indirect influence is permissible, such as inviting Clans to a match against the LC team.
3.2 It is permissible to appeal to the Creator with proposals to change the rules regarding Clans.
3.3 In the event of conflicts between the LC and a Clan not belonging to it, it is possible to challenge that Clan to a competition against the LC team.
4) Permissible, but only in emergency cases. The LC can act either as an arbitrator in disputes or as moral support for member(s) of Clan(s) in disputes.

In addition, a proposal was made to hold a Tournament for the LC Cup and to hold a "match of the century": the LC team vs. the team of the rest of the forum.
