Naruto is fine, the only bad thing is that they talk about too many unnecessary things, and the pauses are so long that it feels like they're trying to make more episodes...

That is exactly what they are trying to achieve, in order to avoid the main problem of anime adaptations of unfinished manga, because if the anime catches up to the manga, they will either have to introduce a long filler arc to create a gap, or come up with the plot themselves. This happened, for example, with Soul Eater and Fullmetal Alchemist; in the first case, after episode 36, it became complete nonsense, and in the second case, they are currently remaking it based on the manga.

Naruto annoys me, especially when they make those faces.

The first season is still decent, even good, if you ignore the toilet humor and Jiraiya. But Shippuden is just awful.

Didn't like it from the start. The very legend about a fox with 100,500 tails in a child's body doesn't evoke anything but laughter.

Actually, there is a mythical creature that is a fox with nine tails, and even more. And Yamato no Orochi (a snake, if I remember correctly), has seven heads and seven tails. And the Greek Hecatoncheires are also a good example.

Again, the plot about a demon in the body of a child is quite typical. The Japanese simply placed their mythical creature in a child instead of Western demons.

So, I don't see anything strange in such a plot; on the contrary, it is quite banal.

To each their own... Apparently, I'm not particularly drawn to Eastern philosophy.

I once tried to watch it regularly. Then I got tired of it.
