I've encountered a problem: I can't activate any magic...

For example, I level up Earth Magic and Wisdom.

It seems like the city portal should be working. But when I click on it, nothing happens. It just opens the description, and that's it.

And in general, nothing "casts."

I tried reinstalling, but it didn't help. I also searched for answers on Google.

That's an interesting problem. Could you record a video showing what it looks like? Maybe then someone will have an idea of what's going on. Of course, it would also be helpful to include technical information: the game version, whether the HD mod is being used, and which plugins are installed.
