I remember there used to be an issue where the circles under creatures and heroes moved in a jerky, rather than smooth, manner. I somehow fixed it back then, and I even found the solution on a forum.

When my computer crashed, I had to reinstall everything... and now I'm facing this problem again! By the way, the trees also move in a jerky way.
Does anyone know what might be missing? I installed DirectX 9.

When the animations start to glitch, I install this DirectX (I don't know which version it is), and then I MUST shut down the computer incorrectly by holding the power button for a long time. Statistics show that if I don't do this, it might not work; I don't know why.

The funny thing about this DirectX is that it installs some files even if a newer version of DirectX is already installed.

I recently encountered the exact same issue, and it turned out to be quite simple (at least in my case). I rarely restart or shut down my computer, so it seems the drivers or something else got messed up. A restart solved everything. 🖖

I decided to start with something simple – a reboot. It helped!

It's a funny situation; I turn the computer on and off every day, but I rarely reboot it.
