How to install HotA on the Astra Smolensk Linux operating system?

Are you serious? Is that OS used at your workplace or in the military? It's unlikely that you installed it on your home PC (although it's possible). In general, you can install Wine on Linux and use it to install various Windows programs. Or, you can install an emulator (VirtualBox) and install Windows in it, then install "Heroes" and HotA in that Windows environment. Last year, I tried several Linux distributions (from the Debian family) at home; some of them were good, but "Heroes" is the main reason why I'm still using Windows, and Linux is installed as a second system.

I had no problems running HOTA on Linux; I don't know about specific builds.
You'll need to install Wine to open Windows applications.
After that, I used the PlayOnLinux extension, through which you need to create a virtual drive, open the HOTA installer, and install it on that drive.
It will work, although on weak hardware, the performance loss will be noticeable.
