Very often, text windows don't load completely. As I understand it, to solve this problem, you need to download a mod from Xazardous, but I can't find it on the website myself. Maybe someone can help and provide a link to his mod? Or is there another way to solve the problem with the dialog boxes? The ending simply doesn't fit, even if you scroll to the very end.
Added 4 minutes later Oh, and while I remember. The reinforcements for Tilsec clearly differ from what is requested in the dialog box. For example, they ask for 15 cyclops, 22 wyverns, 50 executioners, 50 babes, but they take 13 cyclops, 20 wyverns, and 40 of each of the other units.
Neither what is in this map, nor the recommended mod from Xazardous modifies the text windows in any way. I don't know what kind of problem you have, it might be a problem with the original game interface, especially if you have a non-standard resolution.
As for the discrepancies in the description and the army taken for reinforcement, I guess I overlooked something, but let it be. The map is difficult enough anyway.
Actually, I remember there was some mod that increased all in-game text windows, but now I can't find it myself.

The bug looks like this. Oh well, I still completed the mission. What can I say? It's very interesting, with a lot of interactivity, and even hardcore at first. Everything depends heavily on what perks Gotai gets at the beginning of the mission. I re-rolled the "Education" perk about 10 times, of course, I took machines, attack, luck, and eventually, I also leveled up "Mentor." And after that, it became much easier. I quickly met the orcish woman in the north, and we cleared everything together (I later regretted not taking the "Walking Machine" instead of luck; that's definitely what I should have done). The only thing that really messed with my head was the red monsters on the separate island. I couldn't see them at all because I didn't go to open the mage's hut; instead, I went along the left side with Gotai. This is what made them appear when I was already out at sea on a ship – a comical situation arose: "We need a ship... but there's no ship... there's no shipyard... what do we do...?" I also struggled a lot with the air elementals that guarded the Frost Amulet; I still don't understand why there were so many of them, because the amulet is useless – all enemies use light. And it wasn't needed in the interaction either. In general, I searched for the last group of monsters on the map for a long time, about 15 minutes. I told myself, "Forget it, something is lagging again," and went out to sea – and I was just blown away. With Gotai, once I was out at sea, I didn't encounter any resistance from the enemy; I destroyed everyone. And the orcish woman, with the "Mentor" skill and machines, just sat in the castle with a bunch of warmongers and calmly defended it. Only the first siege caused problems because the woman had griffons with special abilities that destroyed 100+ warmongers. I had to work hard, of course. After the first siege, I didn't notice any more problems. Humans are too weak against orcs, especially when I, after reaching the "Mentor" skill, leveled up anti-light.
The quest for the masters is not very clear to me; I don't see any point in it because there are barely enough resources to upgrade the main castle and buy units + dwellings. I didn't build anything in the second castle until the very end, when I could teleport troops from the Wise Tree to the Elf-Boss using the reinforcement call.
I really enjoyed the battle with the Phoenix Lord; it was truly hardcore and intense. But unfortunately, Cyclops with clubs are simply a must-have. I recruited several dozen of them and just rolled over all the neutrals and heroes. I was VERY surprised by the defense of the human castle with 200 black dragons, but I broke through them without any problems. I defeated the woman in the castle, and then I rolled over the poor scenario author, https://imgur.com/a/e50jDld. 100 cyclops didn't even give the poor elf a chance to think – he just destroyed 3-4 units per attack.
But there is a big drawback – the dialogues. Gotai speaks as if he hasn't just become a strong and cool leader, but as if Kujin transplanted part of his brain and added 50 IQ points. Also, few orcish words are used; I didn't see "stalwart warriors" at all. It's all humans, humans. And in general, Gotai's speech is more like that of Naga – intelligent and rational, with a cool head, he doesn't shout or yell, he doesn't rush into battle, drooling. Except for the sophisticated dialogues, I really enjoyed it. Even more than the separate scenario about the nagas.

Yes, the dialogue inserts all need to be rewritten, ideally. But when creating this scenario, I didn't focus much on the dialogues – its idea was different, after all. Thank you for the walkthrough and feedback.

I've read the comments, and they praise the map, but I won't be able to evaluate it because I'm not a hardcore player, and I haven't played as orcs in a long time; I have absolutely no desire to (to put it mildly) perform 100 500 reloads from the start of the game just to pass a scripted battle. Even then, every other time, some unreal hero is spawned at the start of the map—it's just a pain. Veteran is supposed to be average normal difficulty; why not make it like in the original, and those who want can max out their hero's experience? Counting single digits in every battle, chasing five hundred zombies with five furies and so on... It's hard to find a decent map.
