After the update with the ghosts, everything became fine; they have too few animations, and two types look similar. As for the mercenaries, they weren't there because I put them in mods instead of data. Now I've encountered them for the first time; autobattle won, but I started manually to take a look at them and they beat me up—they turned out to be some strong guys. At the start of the game, an elf runs around with them without his own army) 4 minotaurs, 10 assassins, 25 mercenaries kill 10 orc fighters, and they have two hits; maybe nerf them or raise the price, or maybe it's fine, whoever gets lucky first, idk.
