I used to have a portable build for convenience, but I'm facing a problem: it lacks any background music except in the main menu. I wanted to ask: does anyone know if it's possible to find the music files separately and install them in my build? I would be very grateful if someone could rip them from their working installation and send them to me in an archive via some file-sharing service, because searching the internet didn't offer me any solutions. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

I had a similar problem when I added music from Heroes of Might and Magic III to my iTunes library. These MP3 files are very fragile; it's better not to touch them at all...
I recommend that you install the regular version, not the portable version. Because Heroes of Might and Magic III, in any portable version, doesn't necessarily need to be registered in the registry or program files.
