I recently installed Windows 10 and decided to download Heroes 5 from a disc. But at the very beginning of the installation, it shows:

Error unpacking support files
Fatal error

The same thing happens with the disc image. What's wrong? I downloaded the game without the disc, but it runs EXTREMELY slowly, and the textures are blurry. On Windows 8, everything was perfect. I solved the problem by setting the game to run in compatibility mode with Windows XP and setting the quality to low and the anti-aliasing to minimum.
