Hello! Sorry for the noob questions, but:

1. Can you choose the faction you will play as?
2. Can you form alliances?

A very old game – the first in the M&M series, and it’s where we begin our journey to the planet Enroth! I finished it a long time ago and got a lot of enjoyment out of it, despite the graphics. The missions are very challenging, especially "King of the Mountain" at the end. The magic system isn't like in all the Heroes games: when visiting the magic guild, the hero automatically learns each spell available in the guild, and the number of charges is equal to the hero's knowledge stat. That is, if I have 3 knowledge, I can use magic 3 times and then I need to learn it again. The units are very large and cartoonish, although they resemble Heroes 2. And the huge amount of blood droplets with each hit is endearing). The game is good, but the second part is better. In Heroes 1, there are too few castles and, as mentioned above, the magic system is inconvenient. But overall, the spirit of Heroes can be felt in the game; you can see the origins of this entire Enroth story. Many well-known characters appear, such as Alamar, Slayer, Lord Koba, and others. The game makes you completely immerse yourself in it! I highly recommend that all fans of the series play it!

My own modest first attempt at a game review, using Heroes 1 as an example. I will be glad for any constructive feedback, especially regarding the voice acting. Is the current voice engine acceptable, or would it be better to use my own voice, even if it's not very pleasant? P.S. Not a bad review, especially for those who have never seen this game. As for the voiceover, a review with your own voice (for comparison) would be helpful. :)

Thanks, I’ve created another review for the second part, with a slightly edited voiceover (I tried to make it deeper), and posted it in the appropriate section of the forum. But, to be honest, no matter how much I edit the voice, it’s nowhere near the level of Vladimir Vikhrov or Sergei Chonishvili :D
