However, where did you find the Altar of Magical Destruction?
The Altar of Magical Destruction is located at the top (start of the mission), near the entrance to the dungeon, opposite the forge, and next to the mermaids. It grants immunity to magic for the first 3 turns of the next battle; you can visit it once a week, so you need to return to Kirin in time! To do this, after visiting the Altar of Magical Destruction, jump through the nearest portal to the city of Kakurega (the starting city for Railag and Sorshan). As soon as the spell becomes active – for me, it was the next day, when the turns for the spell appeared – then spend the night in your city, and in the morning of the next day, while still in that city, jump to the city of Nakayashiki, the one you captured last from Osiro's guardians (the city next to Kirin), using the "Basic City Portal" spell. This way, you will have time to defeat the evil Kirin before the end of the week :smile19: :smile13: :smile49:!
I haven't played Heroes 6 in a while, and I forgot all the intricacies of moving through portals :smile33:, I forgot how to use them :smile52:, but on the second try, I finally remembered :smile43: – first, press the spell inside the city and, if there are turns available, then on the map, select the city; at this point, the cursor changes from a steel gauntlet to a blue teleportation cloud :smile54: – and it works!

Please advise on what tactics to use.
I will describe my tactics; I hope it helps those who didn't get discouraged after the first attempt :smile07: at fighting Kirin: 1. I visited the Altar of Magical Destruction and returned to Kirin before the end of the week to reduce the losses from his magical tricks, and he has plenty of them!!! 2. Tips for the battle – spread out, defend, so that Kirin doesn't respond with an attack, up to retreating/moving across the battlefield, hide behind columns, and, of course, use "Malassa's Veil" of all levels on the "girls" (dancing-with-chakras), first of all, and then, as it turns out, on the minotaurs and assassins; they work great together, increasing luck and damage, and Kirin doesn't respond to attacks! 3. Railag reached level 19 – I, of course, took reinforcement (all 3 levels), drain (private and general), agony (private and general), evasion maneuvers (to reduce the damage to my troops). In passive skills – ambush (to increase initiative, if I'm not mistaken), tactics (level 2), chosen by fate (level 1 – to increase luck), and, of course, dark magic (level 2). Naturally, before the battle, I visited the luck and health flags (10%, statue of the virgin). 4. During the battle, watch Kirin's actions – in addition to "forgetfulness for archers," which I couldn't cancel with my spells (maybe someone could?!), Kirin often likes to use "wave crush" – instead of shooting, move to the side; otherwise, you will lose scouts or dancing-with-chakras! 5. Don't cluster unnecessarily and protect the "girls" so that the evil Kirin doesn't send them to the next world :smile14:! 6. Under "Malassa's Veil" (MMV), the fighters deal much more damage, and Kirin doesn't see them until he gets closer or until the fighters attack Kirin. The girls, strangely enough, deal more damage NOT with "spinning chakras," but with a simple shot! During the battle: 1st turn – reinforcement level 3 on the girls, if possible, hide them with MMV; then the damage is up to 5261 units, and with luck, even 7661! 2nd turn – evasion maneuvers + defense of units, so that Kirin doesn't respond with an attack, don't stand too close to him, let the faceless attack from a distance, hide behind the columns on the battlefield. By the way, if you don't move on the battlefield for a long time, entertainment begins :smile23: :smile54: :smile44: :smile20: – the faceless start dancing, the dragons hiss, the girls juggle chakras, and the assassins fly on their blades ))) 3rd turn – general drain, so that your units restore health. 4th turn – agony on Kirin. 5th turn – I managed to accumulate MMV level 3, gave it to the girls; by that time, there were 281 of them left, taking into account the reinforcement level 3 applied at the beginning of the battle (initially there were 225, with reinforcement, there are 426). In the end: there were enough fighters left; only the minotaurs died stupidly because they were standing nearby, and drain didn't save them – Kirin took out 33 minotaurs in one turn on the 5th turn, after freezing them :smile07:.
